Prenatal massage is a full-body session tailored to every stage of pregnancy. Our therapists use pregnancy-safe positioning (side-lying with bolsters, never flat on your stomach) and adjust pressure trimester-by-trimester to ease the specific aches your body is carrying — low back, hips, sciatica, swollen ankles, tight shoulders from posture changes.
We're conservative here — most first-trimester clients wait until week 13 unless your OB has specifically cleared prenatal massage. Give us a call and we'll help you decide.
Call us first. Some conditions (preeclampsia, placenta previa, unmanaged gestational diabetes) mean massage isn't appropriate; others just need a note from your OB. We'd rather ask than guess.
You'll lie on your side with a full pregnancy pillow supporting your belly, hips, and knees. It's often more comfortable than sleeping at home.
Both of our studios can accommodate couples-style scheduling — mention it when booking and we'll pair your appointments.
